Stepping into the void left by Popkomm, c/o pop has more than filled the hole, taking the city built on pop culture to new and vibrant heights.
Now in its 12th year, August will once again unearth a wealth of predominately electronic pop acts, labels and industry experts, from international stars to those rising from beneath, who will come together for a week that delves deep into the electronic scene, exploring current trends and its influence on modern culture through a mixture of parties and conventions.
Although electronic music is the recurring theme of c/o pop, the festival is continually broadening its program, now endorsing genres such as indie and hip-hop, and has welcomed in artists such as Franz Ferdinand and Elbow in recent years.
