Holi Fusion’s explosion of colour is one of the oldest festivals in the world, originating in North India, but now well known around the globe, painting cities all over Europe.

Breaking down all boundaries – be it race, gender or age – all will unite lakeside at Eindhoven’s Karpendonkse Plas to cover each other in coloured powder and dance around all day long to house and techno.

So leave your identity at home and jump in to something special and unique. Oh, and be ready for the colour burst on the hour!

Karpendonkse Plas is a large lake in the heart of Eindhoven nestled within lush parkland.

The festival also includes a family area, allowing those of all ages to enjoy the festival and get involved in all the colourful shenanigans.

  • How do I get to Eindhoven?

    BY PLANE: If you’re flying into Eindhoven, you can take either bus 400 or 401 into the city centre.

    BY TRAIN: Eindhoven’s central station has good rail links with the rest of the Netherlands, however, if you are travelling from further afield or from a marginal city or town in the Netherlands, your journey may require a change, or two.

    BY COACH: You can easily reach Eindhoven by coach from the rest of the Netherlands as well as other major European cities.

  • How do I get to Karpendonkse Plas?

    From central Eindhoven, buses 3, 4 or 404 will take you to within a short walk of the festival site and shouldn’t cost you more than a couple of euros.

  • What time does the event run?

    The event runs from 12pm to 11pm.

  • Is there an age restriction?

    There isn’t an age restriction on entry, however, those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Where do I get the coloured powder from?

    Coloured powder will be available at the festival. You are not allowed to bring your own.
